At OceanAura Lights, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our refund and return guidelines below.


⏳ Returns

      You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

      Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

📦 Non-Returnable Items

      Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

      For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal items may also be non-returnable.


💰 Refunds

      Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

       Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

       Shipping costs are non-refundable.


🔄 Exchanges

       We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at max587190@gmail.com


🚚 Late or Missing Refunds

       If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account.

       It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

       If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.


❌ Order Cancellations

       Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may already be processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.
