1. How long does shipping take?

Our processing time is 2–4 business days. After your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are:

USA: 7–15 business days

UK & Europe: 8–18 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days

Other Countries: 10–20 business days


2. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear.


3. Can I change or cancel my order?

We can accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processing and cannot be canceled. Please contact us at OceanAura Lights as soon as possible.


4. What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us and we’ll investigate with the shipping carrier.


5. Do you ship internationally?
